Unfortunately, the Undertaker took a beating and lost his most recent match to Brock Lesnar. Even with that setback, it looks like fans are going to get the match they have been waiting for, Undertaker vs. Sting. This has a lot of people talking, including See No Evil star, Kane, who put in his two cents on the upcoming clash of titans.
Up until the Undertaker took on Lesnar, he was undefeated at an astonishing 21 wins 0 losses. Blow after punishing blow were dealt to each contender, but in the end the Phenom took down the Beast.
Now, even with his record tainted and the taste of defeat fresh in his mouth, Undertaker has another big bout on his schedule. According to Cage Side Seats, fans are going to get to see Sting vs. Undertaker:
"Undertaker is reportedly scheduled to work the WrestleMania 31 pay-per-view (PPV) on March 29, 2015, in Santa Clara, California. And it looks like that Sting match is finally going to happen. [Apparently Undertaker's] image is being used for marketing materials for the big show. That may have had a great deal to do with Sting making his long awaited WWE debut at Survivor Series late last month."
Superstar Kane had his own comments about the match up.
It is interesting to hear Kane's take. Being a hall of famer and long time veteran of the sport of wrestling, his statement carries a lot of weight. According to Bleacher Report, the once masked Giant seems exited for the bout:
"That would be a dream come true, because Sting is one of the guy who I looked up to when I was a youngster. The dude was the face of WCW, and before that the NWA, one of the most popular wrestlers in history. That would be pretty awesome, and I think that a Sting vs. Undertaker story would be awesome as well, because you would see the faces of two different companies from the same generation collide."
