Word has it that Mad Max actress Charlize Theron was none too pleased during a recent dinner date with her boyfriend, Sean Penn and engaged Friends' actress Jennifer Aniston. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Mystic River Oscar winner's wandering eye has the svelte South African on edge. Rumor has it that as Penn grows evermore bored with his girlfriend, their romance will unravel, and they will spit. To make matter worse, it's said that Sean is starting to get impatient with Charlie's son, Jackson -- despite reportedly caring very much for the boy.
After what by all accounts was a very tumultuous filming process down in South Africa, while Sean Penn directed his beautiful blonde girlfriend, Charlize Theron, in The Last Face, it's being reported that the Hollywood hot couple have brought their relationship woes back with them to the United States.
A inside source claimed in OK! Magazine's December 16 issue that now that Sean and Charlie have moved past the initial super-hot stages of their romance, Penn is looking around for something new to excite him:
"Sean is getting bored, and his eye is beginning to wander.
"He wants to roam the world and live day to day, while Charlize wants to settle down in L.A. and get married."
It would seem that either Sean's constant flirting or Charlize's hypersensitivity to the fact caused a perfectly lovely dinner date at Beverly Hills' Mastro's Steakhouse with mutual friend Jennifer Aniston to go terribly awry according to one eyewitness who spoke to Star Magazine (via Gossip Cop):
"All three of them looked like they were having fun when they first sat down...They were laughing and seemed realized.
"But halfway into the dinner, you could tell Charlize started to feel left out. The tension...was evident to the entire restaurant.
"He and Jen got the check and said their good-byes. He went and got Charlize, but they didn't speak as they walked out."
The informant that spoke to OK! claimed that it wasn't just Sean's relationship with Charlize that was starting to deteriorate -- he's reportedly struggling to get along with her son, Jackson, these days as well:
"He adore Jackson, but he's not used to caring for little kids and doesn't have the patience...[Sean] blows up over the smallest thing."
It's more than just a little difficult to believe that Sean and Charlize would go from shopping for wedding band to fighting over the kids in a matter of a few short months...but anything is possible in Hollywood.
