Spoiler Alert: Tonight’s all new episode of Arrow is the stuff of nightmares. Particularly, Roy “Red Arrow” Harper (Colton Haynes) dreams. Last week, Roy had a nightmare that he was the one who killed Sara Lance, A.K.A. The Black Canary. Could Roy really be Sara’s killer, or was he set up? Could this all put Roy one step closer to his path to becoming the ultimate weapon, Arsenal?
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode, titled “Guilty,” reads:
“Ted Grant is accused of murder when a body is found strung up in the Wildcat gym. In flashbacks, Maseo asks Tatsu to help jog Oliver's memory so he can remember where an informant for China White stashed key information; and Roy shares a secret with Felicity.”
Even when he doesn’t have Deathstroke’s Mariku laced blood running through his veins, Roy Harper can still be a bit of a wild card. His character in the comics has a dark history, including hard-drug use, leading to him pulling away from his partnership with the Arrow, to become Arsenal.
Even in the cartoon series, Young Justice, Roy, was kidnapped and replaced with a brainwashed clone.
Roy and The Arrow are just starting the mess as a team. Could the series really be starting to drive the new partners apart this early? What do you think? Do you think Roy could really be guilty? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section at the bottom of the page.
