The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Sleepy Hollow, titled “Heartless,” reads:
“Henry sends a succubus that will drain the life forces from its victims, so Ichabod and Abbie set out to stop it.”
Sleepy Hollow writer writer Albert Kim recently spoke to IGN about tonight’s new episode:
“In this episode, Abbie and Crane face one of the most horrific, terrifying creatures Henry's ever conjured against them, and it turns out it's this beautiful, sexy woman. It's a succubus who, like the traditional succubus, seduces victims and feeds on their life force, but we've got our own twist on it, which is she senses and preys on the desire of people's hearts. It's a great opening, story-wise, to let us explore the complex relationships we've got with our cast members on the show. It lets us see what's really going on with Crane and Katrina, with Abbie and Hawley, and the complications that come with all the other relationships as well, like Crane and Abbie.”
