Tonight, Fox’s Gotham is all new and picking up where last week’s cliffhanger ended. Last week, it was revealed that Jim Gordon (Ben Mckenzie) didn’t kill The Penguin (Walking Dead’s Robin Lord Taylor) like Harvey Bullock (Sons of Anarchy’s Donal Logue) told him too. The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode, titled “Penguin's Umbrella,” reads:
“Gordon comes face-to-face with the consequences of his decision to spare Penguin's life. Meanwhile, tensions between Maroni and Falcone grow more violent.”

Recently, it was revealed that Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, David Burtka, were heading to American Horror Story: Freak Show. However, Harris, his hubby and their twins have revealed that they spent the Halloween holiday in Gotham.
The happy family dressed up as some of Gotham City’s most iconic characters, with Neil as The Riddler, David as The Joker, and the twins as Batman and Batgirl.
Harris tweeted a pic of his family in costume, writing:
