About The Wild Things' Performances Alongside Tommy Thayer

The London-based rockers previously announced they would "take over" LA at a then-obscured location. Indeed, they "took over" and turned the famed boulevard into ground zero for a total rock-out performance atop a bus with Thayer's masterful shredding.

This particular stunt was part of the band's promotional run for their newest EP: "Friends With Benefits," which features Thayer on the single: "Breaking Madonna," as well as fellow rock legend Pete Townshend, who produced and performs on the track: "Only Attraction."

After the band's explosive bus jaunt, the gang went straight for a follow-up performance in a blowout, free-admission aftershow at the Bourbon Room, which is located along the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The new EP also features pop culture icon Trixie Mattel on the introspective single: "Red Side of The Moon." With this particular track, The Wild Things show their sonic flexibility whilst unabashedly doubling down on their strong suit genre.

With only four tracks, the band's "Friends With Benefits" EP provides an enthralling snapshot of one of the music industry's burgeoning rock acts that have already earned Rolling Stone's seal of approval.

"The Wild Things don't do anything by half-measures," said the magazine.
