Drake Putting All the Right Moves on Rihanna During New Video Shoot, Did it Work?

Drake and Rihanna may have not stayed long as lovers but that doesn't mean that they will not be musical collaborators. Although Riri is taking this moment as an opportunity to make good music with the rapper, Drake, on the other hand, is reportedly taking this chance to ignite the flame that they once had.

Us Weekly confirmed back in 2014 that the talented duo had called it quits. But during their recent shoot, it seems like Drake wants to try one more time with the diva.

According to a HollywoodLife source, the 29-year-old rapper is allegedly spoiling the Barbadian superstar while shooting for the music video of their latest collaboration. He was giving her all his attention, hoping that they will give their failed relationship another go. So did his tactic work?

“Drake thinks he’s got it like that, just because he’s been with Rihanna in the past. But it doesn’t work that way,” the source told the site.

Drizzy believes that he knows exactly what to do to win the 27-year-old "Umbrella" singer back. He showered her with all the food that he knows she likes and he even tried to "sweet talk" her just for good measure.

“He was trying to put the moves on her when they were working. He was sweet talking her, ordering her favorite foods and champagne to the set, he was doing the most,” the source added. “He was even saying all the typical lines men say when they’re trying to have a hook up.”

Although he did try so hard to win her over, Rihanna is just not willing to have a relationship with him other than professionally. She is happily single and wants to stay that way for now.

“She told him flat-out that ‘you don’t make my hotline bling,’" the source shared. "Ri admired his hustle and his persistence, but she wasn’t having it. It’s a new year and she’s moved on. The last thing she wants to do at this point is to rehash some relationship that clearly didn’t work the first time around.”
