Justin Bieber is notorious when it comes to women. He has been rumored to date one after the other but it seems like he's changing his bad boy ways after he allegedly got serious with Hailey Baldwin. Now, his rumored girlfriend is hoping for a surprise from the pop star this coming Valentine's day.
Bieber and Baldwin have yet to publicly confirm their relationship status but Baldwin reportedly hopes they will actually start dating soon. A source said that Baldwin is very interested in Bieber and that , "She wants him to really make things official with her."
Baldwin is reportingly hoping the "Love Yourself" singer will come up with something grand on February 14.
“With all the back and forth that goes on between these two, Hailey is now under the spell that Justin wants more,” an insider told HollywoodLife. “She wants him to show up for Valentine’s Day and do something very special for her and she expects him to deliver in making it a very special moment for them both."

Stephen Baldwin's daughter is apparently hopeful that Bieber is serious with her, especially after they attended two Super Bowl parties together on February 7. The "What Do You Mean" hitmaker was reportedly making sweet gestures to Baldwin and made her feel that all of his attention was solely on her.
"He made sure that he wasn’t looking for another girl while he was with her. It was very intimate between them,” another HollywoodLife report stated.
The pair's outing comes on the heels of Selena Gomez' W Magazine interview where she revealed that she went through a hard phase after her split from Bieber.
