After Selena Gomez opened up in a new interview about her heartaches regarding her relationship with Justin Bieber, the "Love Yourself" singer is now reportedly unhappy that he caused Gomez so much pain during their time together and after their split. A source insists he is upset and haunted by what happened.
Bieber had always expressed his love for Gomez even up to this day and HollywoodLife has learned that it really upset the Biebs when he found out that his first love revealed that she went through some difficult times after their breakup.
“It made Justin sad to read what Selena had to say about him and their relationship,” the source explained.
The source then went on to say that the 21-year-old chart topper "regrets" that he broke the "Same Old Love" singer's heart and blamed his immaturity for the outcome of their relationship.
“He still fully regrets breaking her heart and how he handled everything," the source continued. "It haunts him. It haunts him to know that Selena will never truly know how he wishes he could redo the past. He admits he was young and immature.”
During her W magazine interview, Gomez said that although she still cares for her ex, she just can't take any more stress and drama in her life.

“I’m so exhausted,” she told the magazine. “I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can’t do it anymore.”
The 23-year-old actress and singer has since tried to move on from their toxic relationship and was spotted getting cozy with Samuel Krost on January 14.
Bieber, on the other hand, has been linked to several women but he's recently constantly hanging out with rumored girlfriend Hailey Baldwin.
