When they first got married P!nk often joked about having lots of kids, but as time passed that seemed easier said than done. According to the latest gossip news updates, the singer and her husband, Carey Hart, have decided that to adopt in order to have their second child. Word has it that the Grammy award winner has also been named as UNICEF's newest ambassador.
After her daughter, Willow, was born back in 2011, P!nk said that she wanted to have five kids with Carey Hart before too long, but as the years passed the 36-year-old popstar reportedly abandoned that plan.
One source in the latest January 11, issue of OK! Magazine claims that ever since started asking her mother for a little brother and sister, P!nk and Carey have been rethinking their original approach to growing their family:
"They had begun to resign themselves to the idea of having just one child, but with Willow pressuring them, Pink is becoming passionate about adopting -- maybe more than one!"
Regardless of whether or not she decides to adopt, P!nk is destined to spend plenty of her time in the future with children of all ages as UNICEF's newest ambassador.
According to the UN's website, P!nk will be tasked will brining attention to the plight of hungry kids the word over:
"P!nk will use her voice to encourage families across the United States to get active and save lives with UNICEF Kid Power, the world's first 'wearable-for-good.'
"She will also educate the public about UNICEF's global health and nutrition programs, and highlight UNICEF's role in fighting global malnutrition, which impacts 159 million children worldwide."
