Depending on who you talk to, Kourtney Kardashian is either well on her way to finding a new boyfriend or either dating rehab aficionado Scott Disick once again. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians hot mom has completely forgiven Lord Disick for his tryst with Chloe Bartoli, now that he is clean and sober for the first time in a long time. Of course, they are some folks who are also claiming the Kourtney is actually looking for someone to replace Scott, who she would never dream of reconciling with at this point.
While Scott Disick's pawing of Chloe Bartoli and subsequent stint in rehab have been well documented, his current relationship status remains an utter mystery.
One source in the latest December 14, issue of OK! Magazine claims that Kourtney is using this time to party through any feelings she might still have for Disick, while hoping to find a new love interest that makes her old man jealous:
"Now it's all about showing Scott what he's missing.
"Part of the reason she's going out is to meet new people, and she's using drinking as a way to deal with all the chaos.
"She wants Scott to stay away from her family."
The secret insider that Hollywood Life spoke to insists quite to the contrary, however, that Scott and Kourtney are unequivocally back together and happily looking to the future:
"They are 100% back together. Kourtney is really proud of him and happy right now.
"They're not talking kids and marriage isn't on the horizon anytime soon...He's still seeking help."
Although much has been made of the news that Scott will be hosting yet another night of debauchery at 1Oak in Las Vegas on New Year's, L&S' informant explains that the outing has already been sanctioned by Kourtney and the rest of the Kardashian crew:
"He owes [1OAK] an appearance because he cancelled a bunch over the past 5 months.
"They've talked about this appearance and Kourtney is okay with it.
"She wants Scott to have a sober friend with him during his club gig, and she wants it to be made very clear to staff that no alcohol is allowed in his VIP area."
