It seems the supermarket tabloids are tired of insisting that Nicole Richie is pregnant with her fourth child and are instead returning to claiming that she is ready to split from Joel Madden. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Candidly Nicole star has already contacted a lawyer about potentially divorcing her husband. Of course, judging solely by how hard she partied with her sister-in-law Cameron Diaz at the Madden Brothers concert this weekend, it looks like Richie is neither pregnant nor ready to leave the father of kids.
Although nothing ever seems to come of it, the tabloids are once again claiming that Nicole Richie has had enough of her rockstar husband's hard partying and heavy drinking.
In source in the latest November 30, issue of OK! Magazine insists that Joel Madden's bad habits have her ready to throw their 6-year marriage away for something more stable:
"Things have been tense between them for a while, but now they can't be in the same room without fighting.
"Nicole has some serious issues with the way Joel lives his life...She's been begging him for years to cut down on the drinking and partying. He gets the most horrific hangovers which make their fights worse."
According to the secret insider, Nicole tried to put off talking to a lawyer for as long as possible, but she is finally at a place where she doesn't know what else to do:
"Nicole suggested therapy, but it didn't help.
"She doesn't want to give up on Joel, but she's lost faith in him."
As exciting as that all sounds, Nicole and Joel didn't seem to be suffering from any serious marital issues last Friday night, when TMZ spotted Richie partying hard with Cameron Diaz at their husbands' Madden Brothers show at the Troubadour in L.A.:
"The sisters-in-law fangirl'd out in the VIP section of Good Charlotte's Thursday night gig at the legendary Troubadour.
"While Benji and Joel Madden rocked onstage...the ladies were rocking beside Nicole's dad Lionel Richie."
