Kangana Ranaut/Deepika Padkuone to Star Together in Sanjay Dutt Bio-Pic

It appears that Kangana Ranaut and Deepika Padukone, if rumors are to be believed, and when aren't they, are engaged in a major feud. At stake is Bollywood supremacy and the choicest female roles available. Not to mention, there's that whole thing of two stuborn females, ther other refusing to give way. To the end, DNAIndia is specullating that both maybe contracted to co-star in the same film.

According to DNA India, "The Dutt biopic will have Ranbir playing the lead alongside two heroines. Both being parallel leads. While Deepika is contending to play Sanjay's first wife, Kangana might be essaying Maanyata's role in the film. Both the actresses have been in talks with Raju Hirani for the same and the big announcement will mostly be made sometime soon."

Deepika read the screenplay over New Years and was reportedly very eager to participate in the film. According to IB Times, the focus of the film has been has been drawing the most appeal. Says IBT Times, "What's interesting to note is Dutt's much-talked-about affair with Madhuri Dixit will not be the high point of the biopic. The makers are looking at focusing on the senior actor's other relationships -- one with his sister, wife Manyata and ex-wife Richa Sharma. Talking at length about what one could expect from the biopic, Hirani said Dutt will not be glorified adding that it's a very emotional story. "

I guess ,for all those who were figuring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukoe would not be working together for a long time, are in for a surprise. More Depika/Ranbir press converage is sure to follow. A bit of controversy is brewing about the film because rumor is going around that Dutt's romance with Madhuri Dixit will not feature in the film at all. Zee-News says, " Sanjay-Madhuri affair was one of the talking points in early 90s which however fizzled out when Dutt was arrested in connection with Mumbai blasts."
