Matt Damon Marriage Ruined by Batman Divorce?

While it seems that Ben Affleck may have been able to save his marriage from divorce at the last second, it looks like it might be too late for Matt Damon. According to the latest gossip news updates, Batman's nearly divorcing Jennifer Garner pushed the Martian actor's union to Luciana Barroso to the breaking point. Word has it that Ben's moving in with Matt while the couple worked through their split, had Luciana wondering if it wasn't time for a change for her as well.

Matt Damon has been there for Ben Affleck through thick and thin so it only makes since that the Batman actor reportedly crashed down the street at Bourne's guesthouse when things went south with Jennifer Garner.

One source in the latest November 15, issue of Star magazine claims that Matt's loyalty to Ben almost cost him his own marriage to Luciana Barroso:

"Ben, of course, was confiding in Matt about all his relationship problems, but when Luciana would ask Matt what was going on, he'd refuse to talk, out of loyalty to his friend.

"That really ticked Luciana off. And she accused him of keeping secret from her...Things started to spiral from there.

"Of course, when she complained. Matt refused to hear a bad word about Ben, and it caused some blowout fights. Luciana felt like her husband was shutting her out, and her trust in him started to plummet."

According to the secret insider that Celeb Dirty Laundry spoke to Matt was more than happy to put his neck out on the line for Ben, if it would get his friend out of his dysfunctional marriage:

"Matt believes Ben's marriage was in shambles way before the nanny.

"There was too much anger there."
