It seems that once again the supermarket tabloids are doing their best to convince everyone that George Clooney's wife is pregnant with Batman's baby. According to the latest gossip news updates, Amal Alamuddin is more than three months along and is already showing a baby bump. Word has it that George is scared to death, however, that the super-skinny international lawyer isn't eating enough for two.
Now that they have managed to weather their one year anniversary without incident. it looks like the tabloids are ready to once again renew their claims that George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin are pregnant.
One source in the latest November 15, issue of OK! Magazine insists that those closest to Clooney already know that truth, but George an Amal plan to keep the baby a secret for as long as possible:
"She's so tiny that she's barley showing and even though the buzz is that she's just past three months, she'll probably be able to hide it for a while.
"They're paranoid about possible complications."
Speaking of paranoid -- the source tells OK! that Clooney is terrified that his stick-thin wife isn't getting all the proper nutrition she needs to keep both her and a growing baby happy and healthy:
"He's hounding her about her diet.
"He's pretty paranoid and will ask her at every opportunity whether she's eaten.
"When he goes away, he has food delivered to her to make sure she's getting some calories."
Although Amal's supposed pregnancy certainly makes for an exciting story, Gossip Cop claims that Clooney's rep has dismissed the rumors out right:
"The story is made up."
While Bill Murray certainly wouldn't bother to speculate on the possibility of Alamuddin being pregnant, the 65-year-old comedian did seem to agree that George's genes were just too top-notch not to be passed on to at least a baby or two (via Vanity Fair via USA Today):
"I mean, he looks like such an insane, crazy-handsome, beautiful movie star -- it's ridiculous. I just start laughing."
What do you think of George and Amal's supposed pregnancy?
Is it folly to believe anything the gossip magazines report until it's been verified by a more credible source?
Or, is it just as likely that the Clooney's are trying to keep the news of their baby secret until the very last minute, just like they did with their engagement?
Let us hear what you have to say about it in the comment field below.
