Tragic news for fans of AMC’s The Walking Dead. Beloved Daryl Dixon Norman Reedus reportedly died on Friday. That is if believe everything you see on Facebook. Reports of Reedus death are resurfacing once again ahead of this weekend’s Season 6 premiere episode.
According to Mediamass, a new Facebooknamed R.I.P. Norman, Reedus., posted a death notice for Reedus, claiming:
“At about 11 a.m. ET on Friday (October 09, 2015), our beloved actor Norman Reedus passed away. Norman Reedus was born on January 6, 1969 in Hollywood. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page.”
However, this rumor a confirmed hoax, as are many surround Reedus and rest of the Walking Dead cast.You can rest assured that Norman Reedus is alive and can be seen in this weekend’s Season 6 opener. However, the Daryl Dixon's fate is up in the air, as in anyone on the show.
The official plot synopsis for the Season 6 premiere of The Walking Dead, titled, “First Time Again,” reads:
“In the Season 6 premiere, Rick and the group continue to have trouble assimilating into Alexandria; and a new threat could bring them closer together or drive them further apart.”
