Huge Marvel 'Guardians of the Galaxy' Easter Egg Still Not Found

Have you seen Guardians of the Galaxy 50 times and think that you have found every Easter Egg that is loaded into the film? Think again. The biggest one has yet to be found. Guardians of the Galaxy has been out for over a year, and still holds the title of one of Marvel's greatest films. Those of you that have seen the film know that it is loaded with Easter eggs, and for most people (that have seen the film a hundred times) that is one of the best elements of Marvel movies. Every hardcore Marvel fan in the land melted over the search for each and every gem hidden in every frame. If you are one of the people who boast that you know every secret that writer/director James Gunn has packed in, then you are greatly mistaken. According to Gunn, a few haven't been found, including the biggest Easter egg of them all!

Gunn is about to begin filming Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2, and he took part in a Facebook Q&A session with fans of the film. A participant in the Q&A asked Gunn. "Have all the Easter eggs in GOTG been revealed?"

Gunn's answer was short and sweet. He simply stated, "They have not all been found. No one has found the big one, really."

Wait, what? I have seen Cosmo the dog, one of the Dark Elves that made an appearance in Thor: The Dark World, the 12% reference and even the Adam Warlock and Beta Ray Bill hints in the Collector's collection. Do you mean to tell me that there are more? There is something I have missed?

Gunn's statement confounded me. I am a huge Marvel fan, how could I have missed the biggest egg of them all? This answer is sure to spark a massive re-scouring of the film. Will you be the one that has James Gunn saying, "Yeah, it was found by Conrad Haney. I can't believe it took you so long to find them all!"

Being the Marvel fan that I am, I have a few prodding questions about Gunn's statement. Does he mean that the Easter egg is large in size like the Celestial Head or is it just a big reveal? Could it be a big reveal for the second film or Marvel's Phase 3?
