Uma Thurman & Maggie Q Feud on ‘Brits Are Coming’ Movie Set?

She might be one of Quentin Tarantino's most favorite actresses in the world, but word has it that Uma Thurman isn't making many new friend on the set of her new action comedy, The Brits Are Coming. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Kill Bill beauty has had an especially hard time getting along with Mission Impossible's Maggie Q, who is said to take issue with Ethan Hawke's ex-wife reportedly putting on airs whenever she's on set with the rest of the cast and crew. Regardless of how well she may or may not get along with her costars, Uma clearly loves animals as she's currently doing her best to bring attention to the scourge that is Rhino poaching.

Everyone knows that Uma Thurman has been an international superstar for years, but her reported need to make sure that no one ever forgets it is said to be ruining her rapport with her The Brits Are Coming cast mates.

One source in the latest September 21, issue of Star magazine claims that Maggie Q bristles under the weight of Uma's ego even more than the rest of her coworkers:

"Uma is always talking about how experienced she is and Maggie hates it.

"They argue all the time -- they don't care who hears, they make snide comments about each other, and it's clear that they don't get along.

"The funny thing, Maggie could kick Uma's butt. When they're filming a fight scene, the crew joke that Maggie might get in a quick right hook after the director calls cut!"

Although it's doubtful that Uma could really have just a hard time getting along with everyone and still be such a success in Hollywood, no one could argue that Thurman defiantly has no problem getting along with animals.

In a recent efforts to bring attention to the plight of the Rhino, Uma told Town and Country what it was like helping a mother rhinoceros give birth to a baby calf on her last trip to Africa (via DailyMail):

"It's a spiritual, surreal experience, to have subdued, without stress, such a prehistoric animal,'

"To hear its deep breaths, to smell it, to touch its skin -- even a rhino has soft bits. To see how delicate they really are, how vulnerable.

"There is the obvious excitement of it all, but also a quietness in the midst of all the panic."

However difficult it might have been for the cast to come together to make it, let's hope that The Brits Are Coming does every bit as well as the movies that Uma's made with Quentin Tarantino.
