It would seem the Teen Mom 2's Leah Messer is subconsciously trying to lose custody of her daughter to ex-husband Corey Simms. According to the latest gossip news updates, their recent affair hasn't made it any easier for Corey to ignore that Leah is reportedly driving the kids around without a car seat. But the last time Simms tried to confront Messer, he's is reported to have wound up cheating on his wife with the reality star. Meanwhile, Chelsea Houska's ex, Adam Lind, made it clear in this week's episode that he plans to get custody of their daughter, Aubree, but word has it that off camera Lind is not quite so eager to get involved.
If you thought not feeding her kids until midnight was unacceptable, Leah Messer is now being publicly accused of driving her daughters around in the car sans safety-seat.
One source in the latest September 21, issue of Life & Style magazine explains that Messer drew some unwanted attention to herself when she showed up to her kids' school with the little girls bouncing around in the backseat:
"A teacher called the cops when Leak pulled up to the school without the twins in car seats.
"[Now,] Leah drops them off in a more secluded area so teachers can't tell if she is breaking the law."
According to the informant, the girls' father, Corey Simms, has been upset with Leah's version of co-parenting for a while now, but the last time he went to confront her about how she's raising the kids, things quickly got way out of hand:
"She was supposed to meet with him to talk about their daughters...[but] Leah had sex with him in the back of his work truck.
"He admitted the affair to his wife, Miranda. It's a huge mess and all their friends know about it."
In a related Teen Mom story, Chelsea Houska's ex, Adam Lind, claimed in the week's episode of the show that he had plans to come after custody of their daughter Aubree when the six-month ban was lifted.
The family insider that Radar Online spoke to claims, however, that the time has come for Adam to make his move, yet Houska's people haven't heard a peep:
"Nothing has changed.
"Aubree just started kindergarten, and Chelsea feels that her daughter needs to be comfortable with her new routine before anything else changes."
What's do you think about Leah Messer's parenting style?
Should Corey Simms get ahold of himself long enough to do what's best for his children?
Or, is keeping their mother in the little girls' lives worth their possibly being endangered on a daily basis?
