It seems that Josh Duggar's family might have finally had enough of the 19 Kids and Counting child molester's pretending to be the poster boy for Christianity. According to the latest gossip news updates, Josh's sister and former victim, Jessa Duggar, seems to agree with the consensus that perhaps her brother is in fact not a Christina after all. Earlier this week the 22-year-old, who also happens to have a baby on the way, shared a link on Twitter to her father-in-laws sermon that denounced Josh for claiming to follow Christ but secretly living "a covert and extensive lifestyle of evil". Likewise, it seems that Josh's cousin Amy and her family have also renounced any support of Josh with her fiance Dillon King referring to him as a "stranger" to them now.
Now that Josh Duggar's extramarital affairs have been brought to light, the unconditional support he once enjoyed has all but disappeared.
Even his sister Jessa, who stood by her brother after it was revealed that Josh molested her as child, seems to have utterly turned her back on her wayward brother.
Last Tuesday afternoon the devoted Christian shared a link on Twitter to a sermon written by her father-in-law, Michael Seewald, which seemed to question out right Josh's ever actually haveing been believer (via Yahoo!):
"[Josh] claimed to be a Christian, but by his deeds he has suggested otherwise.
"With the name of God on his lips he lived a covert and extensive lifestyle of evil. While proudly saying things like, 'Our family is like the epitome of conservative values,' he was looking at porn and soliciting affairs.
"He took a job at the Family Research Council...all the while undermining his own family by violating his marriage covenant."
While Amy Duggar's fiancé Dillon King doesn't go so far as to call Josh a heathen in the latest September 14, issue of In Touch Weekly, is couldn't be more apparent that his particular branch of the Duggar family is done with Josh and his lying, cheating ways:
"Josh is like a stranger now.
"You think you know somebody and obviously you don't.
"I'm sure it's not just the one person [that he's cheated with]...And I don't think it's a matter of who he cheated with. The fact of the matter is he cheated."
What do you think about Josh Duggar's family seemingly abandoning him now in his hour of greatest need?
Is it high time that they remembered that Jesus said you should forgive you brother at least 49 times in Mathew 18:22?
Or, do you think Jesus might have changed his mind about all that if he met ole Josh Duggar?
