The burger wars could be coming to an end….for one day that is. Burger King has proposed peace plan with rival restaurant, McDonald’s. The plan involves the two companies coming together, combining elements of McDonald’s Big Mac and Burger King’s Whopper to create the McWhopper. The peace plan aims to raise money and awareness or Peace One Day on World Peace Day. Burger King announced the plan in a full page ad in the NY Times. Now, McDonald’s has issued a response.
