Despite being a former pro-football player Eric Johnson is said to have been thoroughly tamed by his sex-symbol wife, Jessica Simpson. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Dukes of Hazzard diva has her husband getting his unmentionables waxed right alongside her. In addition to it presumable cutting down on his Johnson's lap times, the shared grooming experience is said to be bringing them ever closer together in the bedroom.

It sounds absolutely too crazy to believe but Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are said to be growing closer as a couple though their shared home waxing sessions.

Although it sounds like a less than conventional way of bonding with your spouse, one source in the latest August 31, issue of Star magazine claims that the both Jess and Eric have come to really appreciate their new grooming ritual:

"Jess has been so bust being a mom and running her business that she thought doing this together would be like killing two birds with one stone...but she didn't realize what a kick they would get from it.

"They have a professional come to the house to do it every two-weeks now."

According to the spy, they have even gotten to a place where they don't mind the pain so much as enjoy it:

"They don't mind and even joke that it's added a little bit of edge to their sex life.

"Plus they think they look pretty good too."

While Simpson definitely didn't give away any behind-the-scenes secrets about her love life, the hard bodied blonde didn't mind telling Us Weekly the secret to her staying in such great shape:

"I can't promote squats and lunges and step-ups enough, because those are all exercises that you can do with your own body weight and you can do them anywhere with very little or no equipment."
