Jon Stewart Hosting WWE SummerSlam After Seth Rollins Feud and ‘Daily Show’ Exit

Jon Stewart has barely had time to pack up his desk at The Daily Show and he is already getting back to work. The world's greatest fake newsman is now getting ready to host the world's greatest fake sport (calm down fanboys, we know it's still real to you.). Stewart is hosting this Sunday’s WWE SummerSlam Pay Per View event. This comes after Jon Stewart's earlier feud with WWE Superstar Seth Rollins.

Earlier in the year, Jon Stewart entered the world of the WWE by release a video responding to some of Seth Rollins comments about The Daily Show.

Seth Rollins then made a surprise appearance on The Daily Show, interrupting Jon Stewart's Moment of Zen segment in order to issue a challenge to the host.

The feud also stretched over to Monday Night Raw where Jon Stewart got in a low blow against Seth Rollins thanks to a distraction from Randy Orton. Check out the clip below to see it for yourself:

Now, Jon Stewart will once again be stepping into the world of WWE, as a special guest for SummerSlam.

Stewart isn’t the only celebrity making his way to the squared-circle this weekend. Arrow and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 star Stephen Amell is teaming up with Neville for a special tag match against Wade Barrett and Stardust.
