It looks like Donald Trump and Fox News have officially buried the hatchet following the “bloody” post debate feud with Megyn Kelly. Trump appeared on Sean Hannity’s show on Tuesday night, taking over the full hour, and stretching over into Wednesday night. During the interview Trump started laying out policy, talked about his number one place in the post debate Iowa polls and compared himself to Ronald Reagan.
Donald Trump is unstoppable. Following the post debate fallout Trump is not just still leading the polls in New Hampshire, but he has also pulled ahead of Scott Walker in Iowa.
During a recent interview with Sean Hannity, Trump started to lay out his policy issues including his plans to get Mexico to pay for the wall and his problems with Planned Parenthood.
In a move that his controversial for most conservatives, Trump doesn’t want to completely disband Planned Parenthood, just get them to stop performing abortions, citing the other good works that he does. This adds fuel to fire of those who feel that Trump hasn’t fully fully converted to conservatism, to which Trump replied:
"Ronald Reagan was a Democrat, and he was sort of liberal. And I knew him ... He liked me, I liked him..He was like this great guy, and he was a Democrat with this liberal bent. And he became a great conservative, in my opinion, and a great president and a great leader. He had something very special… But, if you think of it, he was a little bit less conservative than people think, but he had a great heart, and I have a great heart."
