According to the Kardashian insider that Radar Online spoke to, Scott is also planning to ratchet up his battle with Kourtney in court as well:

"Scott is ready to fight her for what he believes is half his...and he may be right."

"Kourtney knows that Scott carried the storyline for years and he is now using this as ammo with her.

"Scott also wants open visitation with his kids and he knows that will be based on his ability to stay sober, as the court definitely takes that into consideration."

While it is uncertain whether or not any potential new show would follow their dealings in court, a friend of Scott's told OK! Magazine this week that the series would certainly center on just about everything else:

"It'll focus on his new life as a single dad, mixed with his wild lifestyle.

"Scott is bragging that his show would kill the Kardashian in the ratings."
