Pregnant Kim Kardashian Baby in Trouble; Khloe & Lamar Odom Divorce Final?

While no one is begrudging Kim Kardashian the right to eat as much as she wants while she is pregnant, some folks are reportedly concerned that if Kanye West's wife doesn't watch what she's eating it could endanger her unborn baby. According to the latest gossip news updates, if Kim resorts back to high in fat and sodium diet from her pregnancy with North, her high blood pressure could once again result in Kim's developing preeclampsia. In a related story, Khloe K has finally finalized her divorce form Lamar Odom, who was said to hoping for a reconciliation with his Keeping Up with the Kardashians' ex up until the bitter end.

After gaining 70-pounds by reportedly eating tons of cheese while she was pregnant with daughter North West, Kim Kardashian's delivery was said to be anything but painless.

One source in the latest August 10, issue of In Touch insists that this go around Kim's doctors are doing their best to make sure she doesn't repeat the same mistakes:

"He doctors are adamant that Kim not gain more than 30 pounds this time and not eat lots of fat and salt, which can be dangerous for her and the baby.

"She had a difficult delivery last time around, so it's important that she keeps her blood pressure within a healthy range."

Kim and Kanye may be working on expanding their growing family, but Khloe Kardashian is said to have finally closed the book on her life with Lamar Odom.

Nearly two years after they first started their divorce process, everything has finally been finalized, which is said to be a particularly tough blow to Lamar.

An insider claiming to be in the know explains in this week's Star, that Odom always held out hope that he and Khloe would be able to work things out:

"Lamar thought they'd kiss and make up.

"Khloe told him that she would always love him, though."
