Sure, Amanda Seyfried might have freaked out her longtime boyfriend, Justin Long, when she started telling any and everyone who would listen about how badly she wanted to get pregnant and have a baby, but the Ted 2 star has since learned her lesson. According to the latest gossip news updates, after the Mean Girls star had a chat with Meryl Streep, she had a better idea about where to draw the line when talking about her relationships. That being said the 29-year-old Hollywood heartbreaker claims that she loves living with Long and lives for the moments when she can make the professional comedian laugh.
Amanda Sefried had folks wondering when Justin Long was going to take things to the next level after his Ted 2 girlfriend told Marie Claire a few months back that she desperately wanted to have a baby much sooner than later (via MStarz):
"I need to get on it. I want a child, badly. I want to be a mother, badly...That's how I feel.
"I've been feeling it for like, two years."
The soon to be 30-year-old actress explained in the latest August 10, issue of OK! Magazine that although she continues to talk about their relationship, Meryl Streep has taught her the value of public restraint in private matters:
"I'll talk about what' going on with Justin...I's really. Really lucky; he is so light, warm and funny.
"There was a time, though, when I would talk about things in interviews and then it would come back to me over and over.
"I learned from Meryl Streep about separating life from career.
"There's a way of doing it, and she's so lovely and charismatic and charming."
For as frustrated as Seyfried may be with his not giving her the baby that she wants these past two years, Amanda admitted that she still lives for the days when she came make Justin laugh along with her (NZ City):
"He's one of the funniest people I know.
"He makes me laugh and sometimes I make him laugh.
"When I do, I feel like I've really 'won' because he's a born comedian."
Let's hope that Amanda and Justin wind up happily ever after together, despite whatever embarrassing things she might say about their relationship in the future.
