Batman Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s Daredevil divorce has been confirmed and new details about their split are coming out. New reports are claiming that Ben Affleck is fighting hard to gain joint custody of their three children. This comes after rumors of Jennifer Garner cheating on Affleck with her former Alias costar Michael Vartan. On the flip side, Ben has also been allegedly cheating on Garner, drinking and Gambling.
US Weekly is reporting on unnamed insider who claims to know why Jennifer Garner left Ben, stating:
“There’s a lot of bulls**t out there, but the reason they split is because of Ben’s drinking and his infidelities.”
Another unnamed insider spoke with In Touch about Ben’s plan to gain custody of the kids (via Radar Online):
“Ben’s attorney has advised him that he needs to be around as much as possible to show that he’s responsible and involved in his children’s everyday lives. He wants joint legal and physical custody -- he doesn’t want to let Jen take the kids away from him. But those kids are Jen’s main priority and she wants sole physical custody. It’s turning into a bitter fight.”
