Nick Cannon Wife Mariah Carey Cancels Las Vegas Tour for New Boyfriend?

While Nick Cannon may have been able to arrange a private day or two at Disney for his soon-to-be ex-wife, Mariah Carey's new billionaire boyfriend is supposedly able to buy her out of her Las Vegas contract, if he likes. According to the latest gossip news updates, James Packer is so determined to keep the "Butterfly" beauty by his side that -- thanks to his $4-plus billion net worth -- he is offering to buy all the tickets for her Infinity Tour residency so his new girlfriend can spend the rest of the year and then some vacationing around the world in the absolute lap of luxury. Not one to be completely overshadowed, the America's Got Talent host recently posted a picture to Instagram reminding everyone that he once dated Kim Kardashian in her prime -- and no foreign billionaire is ever going to be able to take that from him.

It what would have to be the sweetest arrangement to fall into Mariah Carey's lap in a longtime -- her latest love affair might just come along with a permanent paid vacation.

One source in the latest July 27, issue of OK! Magazine claims that Carey may soon be able to say that she sold out every one of her remaining Las Vegas tour dates without having to sing so much as a note in public -- thanks to James Packer's plan to just buy out the rest of her residency so he doesn't have to share her:

"James wants Mariah to be totally free to travel with him, even if it costs him tens of millions.

"The shows are exhausting and she knows that James would take care of her."

While Nick will more than likely never be able to match Maraih's new boyfriend dollar-for-dollar, the America's Got Talent host recently reminded people that he didn't have any problem getting a date from Hollywood's elite even before he was a household name.

Last week, Cannon used Throwback Thursday on Instagram to seemingly show off his having dated reality star, Kim Kardashian, long before she ever met Kanye, with an old pic from a night out back in 2006 (via InTouch Weekly):
