Channing Tatum Wife Jenna Dewan Hates ‘Magic Mike XXL’ Movie Success? [NEWS]

When they first started their relationship on the set of Step Up nearly a decade ago, Channing Tatum and his wife, Jenna Dewan, were both relatively unknown in Hollywood, but ever since Magic Mike burst onto the scene it's been a very different story. According to the latest gossip news updates, the former Witches of East End actress is starting to grow a little jealous of her husband's success. While it seems a little hard to believe that Channing and Jenna are anything but the most perfect of couples, perhaps it would not have hurt to cast the mother of his child in his latest XXL movie, just for good measure.

Although being married to one of the most successful men in Hollywood has to be a pretty good deal for 34-year-old Jenna Dewan, it would be understandable if she wasn't entirely happy that Channing Tatum's career so overshadows her own.

One source in the latest July 20, issue of Star magazine claims that Jenna is far from fulfilled acting like a stay at home mom privately, while she would rather be pretending to be anything but professionally:

"This is definitely Channing's time to shine, but Jenna is getting tired playing the supportive housewife.

"Her role these days is essentially looking after their daughter, Everly, and she's really starting to panic over her languishing career while she watches Channing churn out critically acclaimed performances."

For his part, Channing certainly didn't seem to be taking anything Jenna was doing on the homefront for granted during his recent interview with Vanity Fair.

Jonah Hill's Jump Street bestie explained that he knew without a shadow of a doubt that he could not fill his wife's shoes with the help of ten men (via Design & Trend):

"There's a reason why we weren't given that job, evolutionary or whatever. My wife, she's a warrior. She did it as natural as you can.

"You made this thing and have to bring it into the world together. You think people are going to be there, but ultimately you just have each other."

Thankfully, the insider that Gossip Cop spoke to insists that Jenna is as happy to playing supermom as Channing is to have her and is in no way jealous of how well her husband's movies are doing:

"[The rumors] couldn't be further from the truth."

Let's hope that Jenna is soon as successful in Hollywood as she is at being a devoted mother.
