Get your chainsaw lancers revved up and ready because Gears of War 4 is coming. Microsoft recently showed off nearly seven minutes of gameplay footage at the 2015 E3 conference to the delight of fans who have been itching to stomp some Locust on the Xbox One. If you can’t wait for the 2016 release date of the Gears 4, than have no fear. Microsoft is getting ready to release the very first game in the franchise, remastered in full 1080p HD titled Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. That is great news for anyone wishing to relive the glory days and for those of us who may have been too stoned to remember what the hell happened the first time around. Since its release in 2006, the Gears of War franchise has chainsawed, blasted and stomped its way to video game glory. Now, nearly ten years later fans can go back and play the game that got all the cogs moving in an all new way.
Microsoft Studios has completely rebuilt the original game for the modern generation. The al new 1080p HD remastering features all the gameplay you loved from the original, updated for today’s online environment. The game also features five brand new campaign chapters that were not previously released. That is not all. Players will also get early access to the Gears of War 4 multiplayer beta.

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition hits stores on August 25, 2015. Gears of War 4 is set for release during the holiday shopping season of 2016.
