It looks like Real House of Atlanta producers have no shortage of ladies in mind to potentially replace the recently fired Claudia Jordan. According to the latest gossip news updates, it looks like Married to Medicine's Mariah Huq may soon be joining the Season 8 cast alongside fellow newcomer, Kim Fields. In a related story, Kenya Moore's archrival, NeNe Leakes, is said to be having family troubles as her son, Bryson Bryant, was recently arrested on charges related to his allegedly forging Taco Bell checks in the back of a McDonald's.
The Real House wives of Atlanta cast was said to be down to a bare bones crew of just a few a couple of weeks ago, but it seems that Bravo has every intention of filling the ranks going into Season 8.
First, Living Single alum, Kim Fields, was said by the Philadelphia Tribune to be joining the show to replace Claudia Jordan in the hopes that her supposedly bi-curious seeming husband gets caught on the down low:
"The 46-year-old actress and director is married with two kids, and Fields has turned her life over to Christ.
"Producers are looking for a storyline about her husband, who is whispered to be bi-sexual."
Word has it that NeNe Leakes gal pal, Mariah Huq, also has a lot of fan support going into the 2015 season and may soon find herself holding a peach in addition to holding down her other reality TV gig.
According to the entertainment experts at LA Late, the Real Housewives of Atlanta audience are practically demanding that Huq be added to Team NeNe's ranks in the coming season:
"Mariah Huq gave Married to Medicine fans new life today as she appeared alongside potential RHOA co-star NeNe Leakes at Leakes' Pop Up shop in the ATL.
"Mariah Huq is the fans' frontrunner to join RHOA next season."
Thankfully, NeNe Leakes doesn't ever really have to worry about being asked to come back, which is good because it leaves her time to worry about her oldest son, Bryson Bryant.
It appears that Bryant was arrested at a McDonald's fast food restaurant in connection to his allegedly trying to sell forged Taco Bell checks to his fellow patrons.
While Sgt. Joseph Stewart could only arrest Bryant and those with his for providing him with false names, he explained in his official report that he quickly ascertained there was something nefarious going on by Bryant and his associates' suspicious behavior (via Radar Online):
"I almost immediately heard someone say 'Oh, sh*t!'
"I looked over to a small table situated on the southwest corner of the dining room and saw a black male trying to shove what I recognized as a computer printer into a pink bag.
"I noticed a small stack of paper on the table where he had been sitting and several I.D.'s."
Let's hope that Kim Fields presence has a calming effect on the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast and their wayward children.
