Tonight, ABC Family’s groundbreaking drama, The Fosters is all new. The show is getting bigger than ever thanks to its “dare to go there,” storylines and its incredible cast, including megastar Maia Mitchell (Teen Beach Movie 2).
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of The Fosters, titled “Déjà Vu,” reads:
“AJ receives support from Callie's family, but Callie's not sure he's trustworthy. Meanwhile, Stef gives Lena some unexpected news about Monte; and Jude struggles to get past the shooting incident.”
Callie actress Maia Mitchell is also known to fans as McKenzie in the hit Disney Teen Beach Movie series. This weekend The Disney Channel airs the sequel to the hit 2013 film. Recently Mitchell opened up to Hollywood Life about returning to the musical franchise:
“Returning for the sequel was really fun, because we’ve all stayed friends since working on Teen Beach Movie.”
Recently we spoke The Fosters Jude actor Hayden Byerly about all the attention the show is starting to receive and if he is ready for it:
“I don't think so. I think...I don't think so. [Laughs] No, I think that a lot of the attention that we have is very good, and so I think that it is always nice to hear the great stories that people have to tell and the nice things that they have to say.
“Obviously there is some bad with the good, but I think that there is a lot of positivity and it kind of covers the bad. So I am very excited to see the feedback that we get from this season of The Fosters.”
