ABC Family ‘Fosters’ New Father's Day Episode Spoilers with Callie Maia Mitchell and Jude Hayden Byerly

Tonight, ABC Family’s hit drama The Fosters is all new. This week the family celebrates Father’s Day, and Callie (Maia Mitchell) and Jude (Hayden Byerly) deal with their issues surround Donald. Check the result report below to see for yourself.

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of The Fosters, titled “Fathers Day,” reads:

“Stef and Lena host a Father's Day brunch for Mike, and Jude invites Donald to the event. Meanwhile, Callie joins the Quinns for Father's Day and learns something unexpected; and Brandon lets go of some of his frustration.”

We recently spoke with Hayden Byerly about Jude Foster having two mothers, who fill both roles found in the “traditional family””

“I don't think that a lack of a father figure has really affected him in any way. Obviously, there are different things that come with being raised with a mom and a dad and different people, but I think that he still gets kind of the very soft, sweet side from his moms, and at times, they are very strict and hard on him.

“So I think you see the sides of a mom and a dad, in a mom and mom or a dad and a dad. I don't think you need to have one of each gender to be your parents to have the same type of experiences and to have them raise you the same way.”
