While Nicole Richie's marriage to Joel Madden has been under the supermarket tabloid microscope for the past several months, the latest rumors acutally throw ABC's Season 11 Bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe into the mix as well. According to the latest gossip news updates, Chris Soules' TV show ex-girlfriend supposedly was trying to put the moves on the Madden Brothers' rocker during a show earlier this month at the House of Blues in L.A. It certainly hasn't been confirmed that Richie husband cheated on his wife with the reality star, but judging from the looks on her face at the end of the night some folks have convinced themselves that must have done more than just talk.
It would seem that all the men of the 2015 Bachelorette were just not enough for Season 11 lead, Kaitlyn Bristowe.
It's now being reported that despite having her pick of a couple dozen single men on the TV show, Bristowe seemed to have her eyes set on a fling with Joel Madden at a recent charity benefit concert on June 4.
One eyewitness at the event explains in the June 28 issue of Star magazine that Kaitlyn seemed to keep her arrival as low-key as possible so she could walk right in and get cuddly with Madden without all the usual take-forever fanfare:
"It seemed that she wanted to go as incognito as possible, almost as if getting her hooks into Joel was her main mission of the night.
"Kaitlyn was being superflirty, reaching out to touch his arm as they chatted...They clearly had a lot of chemistry."
According to the informant, Kaitlyn cetainly isn't afraid to walk and the wild side and hooking up with a married international pop star would, no doubt, be right up her alley:
"Kaitlyn has a rep for being a real party girl in her native Canada...a fling with a married rock star would not be a stretch for her.
"I wouldn't be shocked if she gave him her number...or even if they made plans to meet up later."
It seems pretty hard to believe that Joel and Nicole's relationship could even be half as dysfunctional as the media would have you convinced, but her father, Lionel Richie, told Hello! magazine, that his daughter doesn't waste her time worrying about the nonsense that people she doesn't know are saying about her:
"'It's completely untrue...Aren't you going to clear [the rumors] up?' I asked Nicole. 'Nah, it's okay,' she said.
"I said to Nicole, 'Rumor you don't worry about. It's when they print something and it's true you need to worry.'"
And that is why it never gets old having the best and baddest Commodore of all time as your dad.
