Singer, actor and dancer, Ross Lynch can do it all. Now the Austin & Ally star is adding songwriter to his resume. In a new behind the scenes clip, Lynch opened up about the new Teen Beach Movie 2 song “On My Own,” that he wrote with his R5 brothers. In the all new behind the scenes video, Ross Lynch opens up about writing “On My Own,” stating.
“It’s a song me and my brothers did together called ‘On My Own’. I wanted to write a song for the movie and I reached out to Disney saying ‘I want to be a part of this movie little bit more, Can I write a song for you guys?’ and they came back with the whole script and what they needed for a song. It’s the part in the movie where Brady is a little hurt by Mack, and he goes to his room and just starts producing it…I like how it starts: ‘It almost feels like it was just a dream’.”
