‘RHOC’ Meghan Explains Vicki’s Season 10 Feud; Defends Tamra Barney [CAST NEWS]

After more than a decade of being on the air, Meghan King Edmonds knew exactly what she was getting into joining Season 10 of Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County but thought that going onto the TV show might ultimately lead to a positive experience for her family and families like hers. According to the latest gossip news updates, things went terribly awry when she started to uncover all of Vicki Gunvalson's lies about her own boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, having cancer. Meghan had the best of times with Tamara Barney Judge, however -- explaining that she could hardly believe how nice the reality TV villianess was after seeing the way she's behaved in years past.

While the Bravo paycheck certainly can't hurt, Meghan King Edmonds explained going into The Real Housewives of Orange County that the only reason she was really even able to join the show in the first place was because she recently moved into town fulltime so her stepdaughter, Haley, can be near her mom while she battle as aggressive form of late stage cancer.

And it is for that reason, that Meghan tells OK! Magazine, that she made such a stink in Season 10, once she started to get the idea that Brooks Ayers wasn't telling the truth about his recent cancer diagnosis:

"[Vicki Gunvalson and I] fought over that.

"I'm dealing with cancer in my own way with Hayley's mom being really sick and so if somebody is faking cancer or if I have questions about it, that's going to piss me off and I'm going to ask questions about it."

During her interview in the June 22, issue of Star magazine, the reality TV rookie refused to get into too many specifics but assured fans that all was definitely going to be revealed in due time:

"There are a lot of reasons that I think he is faking the diagnosis.

"Those will be revealed throughout the show, and I think the viewers will find those reasons compelling."

It couldn't be clearer that Meghan and Vicki didn't exactly hit it off, but King told OK! that, to her surprise, she and the Tamara Barney actually wind up becoming fast friends on the show:

"I did not know anything other than what I saw on TV. Tamra is really different than what I expected.

"I was expecting her to not be nice to me and just be snarky and it was total opposite, we hit it off right away."

It just goes to show you that you can't judge a book by its cover or even its supposed cancer diagnosis.
