Although the she always plays it cool in front of the cameras, Robin Thicke's movie star ex-wife, Paula Patton, is said to be absolutely furious that the father of her child is already dating a girlfriend 18-years his junior. According to the latest gossip news updates, when Vanity Fair's topless covergirl first heard about the "Blurred Lines" cheater's supposed plan to marry 20-year-old supermodel, April Love Geary, she practically went through the roof. To make matter's even worse, Thicke just bought a new multimillion dollar house in Malibu that's rumored to soon be as much a home to his April as it will be to his son, Julian.
With Robin Thicke already making comments about how in love heis, it makes perfect sense to most people why the R&B crooner might be considering tying the know with the new love of his life, April Love Geary, but his ex-wife, Paula Patton is said to not understand his relationship with the 20-year-old supermodel one bit.
One source claiming to be in the know explains to OK! Magazine, that the Mission Impossible beauty became absolutely incensed when she first heard the news that Robin reportedly was already planning to marry his much younger lady friend:
"She is beyond livid that he is even considering marrying this girl.
"Paula cannot stand April, and thinks that she is a total gold digger, but she is just keeping her mouth shut for the sake of their son."
As mad as Paula seems to be at their incredible age gap, the informant explains that most of her rage is actually fueled by jealousy and bitter contention over the way things worked out in the end between her and Robin:
"What makes her most upset about all of this is that Robin and April have a sexually-monogamous relationship, which is something that Robin always said he would never have."
To add insult to injury -- after it was recently reported that Thicke just bought a new Malibu mansion -- Robin's dad Alan seemed to accidently revel in an interview with E! News that the pair had already moved into the place together:
"Yes, yes, April, I was just up at the house moments ago and saw them.
"They are on their way to a Dodger game tonight."
While it can't be easy seeing someone you thought you were going to grow old with replace you in a matter of a few short months, Paula Patton can always comfort herself in the thought that at least their son, Julian, will have someone closer to his own age to play with when he does stay over at his dad's house.
