If you are judging solely by the last episode of ABC's The Bachelorette you might think that the Season 11 would-be lead and her new boyfriend are on the verge of announcing their engagement, but rumor has it their whole relationship is really just an act for the cameras. According to the latest gossip news updates, the eliminated Bachelorette, Britt Nilsson, is no more interested in marrying Brady Troops than Andi Dorfman is and will promptly be splitting with the fame hungry musician just as soon as the limelight fades following the 2015 finale.
ABC made it seem like they got two love stories for the price of one on The Bachelorette this year, with Season 11's discarded lead, Britt Nillsson, confirming alongside her new boyfriend, Brady Troops, that they are still very much together since leaving the show.
In fact, Britt went as far as to suggest that she may soon be excepting a marriage proposal if everything goes well after meeting each other's respective families here in the very near future (via WetPaint):
"Brady asked me to be his girlfriend a while ago now. I feel like I could not have planned this any better.
"He's such a good guy. I'm proud to call him my boyfriend.
"I'm getting so excited about bringing him to meet my family...I wouldn't be dating Brady if I didn't think that I could marry him."
One source claiming to have the inside scoop reveals in the June 22, issue of InTouch Weekly that it's easy for Nilsson to talk about walking down the aisle after such a short time, because the whole relationship is only meant to really last as long as the attention does:
"The whole things is a charade...Their relationship is not serious at all.
"They're keeping it going for the fame."
According to the informant, both Britt and Brady understand the key to their success for the time being is to stick together, but as soon as that formula stops working they plan to bail on the high-profile relationship:
"She comes off looking like the real success of the show because she gets a man, and he gets the exposure he wants.
"He knows people really on care about him if he's with Britt, and she's just going along with it because it is fun for now...But it's never going to last."
Well...even if Britt and Brady's supposedly fabricated relationship only last another six months it will have certainly fared no worse than Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray train wreck of an engagement.
