Bachelor Chris Soules Happy Kaitlyn Bristowe Contestants Eliminate Britt Nilsson

While it might seem like the ideal scenario having almost 30 men vying for you affection, Season 19 Bachelor lead, Chris Soules, thinks the experience would be ruined it you had to share it like Kaityln Bristowe and Bitt Nilsson did in the Season 11 premier of ABC's The Bachelorette. According to that latest gossip news updates, however, the Dancing with the Stars stud is happy that the contestants eliminated Britt over his old TV show girlfriend. Now that the 2015 season of The Bachelorette is under way and the spotlight is beginning to fade, plenty of folks are predicting that engaged Prince Farming and his fiancé, Whitney Bischoff, will quietly split instead of going through with the wedding.

When Bachelor Chris Soules came back to L.A. for the Dancing with the Stars Season 20 finale, he was asked point blankly what he thought of ABC's decision to force two Bachelorettes to fight it out for the contestants affection on the first episode of the 2015 season.

Not going as far as the last Bachelor to parlay his run into a stint on Dancing, Sean Lowe, who called the network's move "disgusting", Soules explained to E! News that he thought having two leads -- regardless of for however long -- was as detrimental to the contestants' experience on the show as it was unfair to the Kaitlyn Bristowe and Britt Nilsson:

"No...I makes for somewhat good TV, but it's just very awkward.

"I watched the first [episode] Monday night, and I just can't imagine being in that position -- guys or girls.

"I remember meeting Andi [Dorfman] the first night [on Season 10 of The Bachelorette], and I put a lot into that first introduction.

"To have to do it twice, and then vice versa...to have to share that; it's kind of a weird situation."

Of course, all that having been said -- Chris was pretty ecstatic that Kaitlyn, who had so much chemistry with during their time to together on The Bachelor, was able to beat out Nilsson for the top spot in Season 11:

"I'm glad Kaitlyn is going to have that opportunity.

"They both deserve that opportunity, but Kaitlyn's fun. She's fun to watch. She's hilarious."

There has been plenty of speculation in the past few months that Chris regrets not having picked Kaitlyn to be his bride after all.

Bachelor insider, Reality Steve, who successfully announced the winner of Chris' season before the premiere even aired, claims that Soules never really planned to marry any of the girls from the show, so in the end it didn't really matter who got picked (via KDramaStars):

"They're never getting married, plain and simple. I don't know anything about what's happening now other than I see the same exact things you do on social media.

"Does he look like and is he saying things that make it sound like these two are spending the rest of their lives together? So yeah, I think you have your answer,"

Let's hope this is one time that Steve doesn't know what in the hell he's talking about.
