Despite the fact that she hasn't spoken to him in several years, Mariah Carey's brother, Cameron, is convinced that those closest to the Las Vegas Infinity diva are slowly letting her kill herself. According to the latest gossip news updates, in addition to claiming that she drank the entire time she was pregnant Carey's brother is insisting that her soon-to-be ex-husband, Nick Cannon, would be much happier if Mariah died before their divorce was finalized. Even more interesting is Cameron's assertion that he will be holding Mariah's staff criminally responsible if Carey does wind up meeting an early demise thanks to her drinking.
It's not uncommon for some fellows to never really take to their in-laws, but Mariah Carey's brother, Cameron, seems to go way overboard while speaking about Nick Cannon in the latest June 15, issue of the National Enquirer -- claiming that the America's Got Talent host never really loved his sister despite having kids together:
"That relationship was a crock of sh*t from the get-go...Nick was never good for Mariah.
"Because of her [alcoholic] condition, Nick took tremendous advantage of her and continues to do so."
Even though Nick spent several happy years with Mariah and has continued to do everything in his power to make sure that she is respected and treated fairly in the media, Cameron claims the Wild N' Out rapper is hoping against hope that Mariah's cadaver turns up before their scheduled divorce court date:
"Nick was there for the cash from day one.
"He doesn't give a damn about Mariah.
"For him, it would be better off if she died."
It probably pretty safe to say that Mariah would disagree with everything Cameron alleged in his National Enquirer takedown -- especially his comments about her drinking in the hospital immediately after giving birth to her twins.
Not even being aware of Cameron's ugly rumors at the time, Mariah told Buzzfeed recently that she actually went out of her way to make sure she ate as best she could during her pregnancy -- not drinking her way through the entire 9-months like some sort of deranged recluse as her brother contends (via Express):
"I'm actually a really good cook and people don't believe this about me!
"When I was pregnant I needed to make sure I was getting my nutrients, so I just started cooking a lot.
"I always cook on the holidays and on Christmas Eve."
It seems like the only one really looking to take advantage of Mariah in this situation is her brother, who is clearly trying to make a buck off of selling some pretty nasty nonsense to any tabloid willing to pay him for it.
