This weekend’s Mega Millions lottery has dropped down to a measly $15 million, with an estimated cash value option of $9 million.

“Blue Island, IL - If you recently bought a Mega Millions ticket in Blue Island, you may want to check your numbers right away! A Blue Island store sold the $262,000,000 jackpot winning ticket for last night’s Mega Millions drawing. This is the second-largest prize in Illinois Lottery history!”
The winner of the drawing has not come forward, as the report adds:
“The winner, who has yet to come forward, purchased their winning ticket at Super Mercado Imelda, 13036 South Western Avenue and matched all six numbers - 02 - 09 - 11 - 22 - 23 - (12) - to win the $260,000,000 jackpot in the Tuesday, June 2 Mega Millions drawing. The retailer will receive a $500,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
“The Illinois Lottery urges the lucky winner to immediately sign the back of their ticket, keep it in a safe place, and call the Illinois Lottery - (217) 524-5158 - as soon as possible. Winners have one year from the original drawing date to claim their prize.”
2015 has been a big year for the Illinois state lottery, as the website details.
