Voice judge Christina Aguilera is sadly said to be having problems getting along with those closest to her both professionally and personally these days. According to the latest gossip news updates, Xtina is fighting tooth and nail with her fiance and father of baby daughter Summer Rain, Matt Rutler, since supposedly unveiling a prenupt so harsh that the couple are now considering a split instead a planning a wedding. In addition to her reported relationship woes with her boyfriend, Christina is said to be virtually despised by the cast and crew of the hit TV show -- with Adam Levine supposedly leading the call to have the "Genie in a Bottle" singer fired and replaced Gwen Stefani or Shakira.
After more than five years together is would appear that Matt Rutler and Christina Aguilera may not be perfect for each other after all.
One source claiming to be in the know reveals in the June 1, issue of Star magazine that Matt has been on the outs with his "Diirty" fiancé ever since the ironclad prenupt she had drawn up made it clear to him that his bride-to-be isn't really looking out for both of them in the long haul:
"The second Christina drafted the prenupt, things became tense in their household, and it has led them to bicker over the smallest things.
"They'll argue over anything, from the amount of his facial hair to how much Matt is allowed to spend."
Another friend told OK! Magazine that it almost seemed as though Christina had the prenupt drawn up just to remind Matt of his place in their relationship's hierarchy:
"Christina's lawyers wrote the agreement so that he gets almost nothing if they split.
"The prenupt caused a lot of problems for them...Matt has no financial power, and she never lets him forget it."
Unfortunately for Aguilera, her own fiancé, isn't the only person she's rumored to be feuding with in recent weeks.
A behind-the-scene informant with The Voice told Radar Online that now, virtually the entire cast and crew wants her kicked off the show in addition to regular detractor, Adam Levine:
"No one wants Christina to come back as a judge on season nine of The Voice.
"She was really difficult to work with this season.
"Tensions between her and Adam were consistent, but she also just had a really bad attitude."
According to the spy, NBC have the luxury of having plenty of strong female leads to choose from should they yield to the pressure to replace Xtina over the hiatus, even if Rutler does not:
"Everyone is really hoping that they bring either Gwen Stefani back, or Shakira.
"She just thinks that she is the reason the show is still on and that it should revolve around her...Her act is getting old."
Perhaps, Christina Aguilera had better make sure she keeps Matt Rutler happy, because very soon he may be the only friend she has left.
