CW ‘iZombie’ New Episode Spoilers: Liv Rose McIver Talks Lowell Bradley James Death [DC Comics]

Spoiler Alert: Tonight is a big night for CW/DC Comics fans. Not only is The Flash, airing its Season 1 finale, but iZombie is also all new. Last week Blaine (David Anders) killed Lowell (Bradley James). Now, Liv actress Rose McIver is opening up about how Lowell’s death will change things for Liv.

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of iZombie, titled “Mr. Berserk,” reads:

“Liv and Clive investigate the murder of a journalist who was working on a story that linked psychotic episodes in a small number of consumers to a popular energy drink. Meanwhile, Ravi tries to help Major, who continues to believe that he's going crazy.”

Check out this clip from tonight’s all new episode for a sneak peek at what is in store for Liv and Ravi:

Recently, Liv actress Rose McIver spoke to IGN about how Lowell’s (Bradley James) death at the hands of Blaine (David Anders) will affect her:

Her love life is pretty rough this whole season. It’s devastating. It was actually such a sad episode to read and to be a part of. The one good thing is that now that Blaine has taken away the love of Liv’s life, she will not let him exist the way he does anymore and she’s been inspired with a real passion to bring him down.”

McIver went on to tease some of what will will happen in the next few episodes:

“I think she realizes that it’s at the cost of her family and her loved ones now that she’s been at all apathetic about letting him be out there. So she’s really on a mission to bring him down and Major is getting closer and closer to working things out, Ravi is getting closer and closer to finding the cure and so there’s some pretty major reveals happening in the next couple of episodes.”

Be sure to check out the all new episode of iZombie, tonight at 9:03 p.m. eastern after an extra long Season 1 finale episode of The Flash, on The CW.
