Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and actress Deepika Padukone are dating and in love with each other. Ranveer for his part, or so rumors are telling us, is ready to plan his wedding and make Deepika the mother of his children. Deepika loves Ranveer, but she’s not quite ready to make such a commitment just yet, especially when it comes to being pregnant.
If you are keeping score at home, you’ll remember that Ranveer has been talking very seriously of recent about settling down. “I used to resist growing up but it is happening very organically. I am 29 and have a very simple aim today. I want to be an honorable family man. I have been thinking a lot about settling down.” Yes, he is serious.
Deepika, in recent interviews, has said no to marriage for the foreseeable future. She has her career, and it is on a high point at the moment and she isn’t about to settle until she’s ready.
“I don’t know about settling down. Your career is one thing but, settling down with one person for the rest of your life… that’s a completely different feeling, thought and idea. I don’t think I’m ready for that. “It’s not something that I want to rush in to. It happens once in your lifetime and when you do it you want to do it in a right way and with the right person. It’s extremely sacred and I don’t want to rush into it.”
So, there you have it. The story of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. It is the story of men and women. It is the story of relationships. It is why the world is so screwed up. When one person wants one thing, the other person on cue wants the exact opposite. It’s been that way since the beginning, and yet we keep going back for more. Yep, if it made sense, we probably wouldn’t be doing it.
