Spoiler Alert: Tonight, A&E airs the Season 3 finale of the hit Psycho prequel Bates Motel. It is clear that Norman Bates (Freddie HIghmore) has official snapped, and things are not looking good for Bradley (Transformers 5 Nicola Peltz), who just return to town after faking her death. Will Norman kill again in tonight’s Season 3 finale, and will it be Bradley?
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Bates Motel, titled “Unconscious,” reads:
“In the Season 3 finale, Norma hits a breaking point with Norman's issues; Emma has a surprising reaction to seemingly positive news; Romero seals his fate in the town by finally choosing sides; and Caleb makes a decision that will uproot his new life.”
Bates Motel Executive Producer Kerry Ehrin opened up to TV Guide about what to expect from tonight’s finale:
"People should be very worried. Norman is a loose cannon right now; he's spinning out. He is having hard time distinguishing between realities and he's angry at a lot of people. He's been somewhat pushed away by his mom this year. ... so, there's a lot boiling up in him."
Kerry Ehrin went on to discuss Norman’s Psycho behavior:
"[Psycho] is where he's headed/ It was definitely the trajectory of the storytelling. He is falling down a dark hole, and we want the audience to be on the journey with him... and also to be emotionally invested in him."
