Tonight, the hit CW series, The Vampire Diaries, is all new with the first of the final three episodes of Season 6. That also means we only have three episode with series star, Nina Dobrev. The Elena actress recently revealed that she is leaving the show, following her breakup with co-star Ian Somerhalder. How, Kat Graham is opening up about how the show will go on without Nina.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of The Vampire Diaries, titled “I'd Leave My Happy Home for You,” reads:
“Alaric and Jo reluctantly participate in their bachelor and bachelorette parties. Meanwhile, Elena turns to Bonnie and Jo for advice over Damon's impulsive offer; Enzo asks Stefan to help Lily who is on a dangerous downward spiral; and Matt gets fed up with the supernatural threats that plague the town and takes his frustration out on Tyler.”
Recently, Kat Graham opened up to TV Guide about how the ending of Season 6 is not a sad one, despite Nina Dobrev leaving the series:
"I don't know if it's a sad thing. Change for a lot of us, for anyone, is very difficult, but I wouldn't say the episode is going to leave you sad. I think, I'm hoping, people will be excited for what's next and our journey as a family together. I'm actually happy [because] I think there is some risk-taking in the finale. Even if one chapter closes, sometimes people don't really deal with things and they don't end things how they need to, and I'm excited for the fans to see that."
