Spoiler Alert: There are four episode left of the hit CW series 'The Vampire Diaries' Season 6. Now, show boss, executive producer, Julie Plec is offering some hints at what to expect in the Season 6 finale. It was recently announced that Nina Dobrev was leaving the series. It was long rumored that the Elena actress would be departing the show following the engagement of her ex-boyfriend and co-star, Ian Somerhalder to her close friend Nikki Reed.
The official plot synopsis for this week’s all new episode, titled “Because,” reads:
“Damon struggles with whether to tell Elena about the cure and talks to her about what life would be like if they weren't vampires. Meanwhile, Bonnie discovers Damon betrayed her trust; and Enzo learns the truth about the day he was turned into a vampire.’
Recently, Vampire Diaries boss, executive producer Julie Plec, opened up to Entertainment Weekly about what we can expect from the finale episode of the season, stateing:
“The season ends with a flash forward. The show’s not cut yet, so by the time I’m done with it, it might not, but currently it does.”
