Tonight, NBC assembles its very own “Justice League” of sorts, with an all new Law & Order: SVU, Chicago PD and Chicago Fire crossover event. Check the report below for a look at the first part of tonight’s event.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Chicago PD, titled “The Number of Rats,” reads:
“SVU's Benson, Fin and Amaro help with the investigation of a rape-murder that's similar to a decade-old case in New York; and, after he's questioned, a suspect warns Lindsay that the investigation could have unintended consequences.”
Law & Order: SVU executive producers Warren Leight recently opened up to Variety about tonight’s crossover, comparing it The Justice League:
“It’s a little bit like ‘Justice League’ -- it’s fun to watch the different heroes get together...There was great chemistry between Benson and Voight (Jason Beghe), which was worth revisiting.”
