Despite the fact that they seemed ready to tear each other apart last year, Real Housewives of Orange County newcomer Lizzie Rovsek recently announced that she and Tamra Barney Judge were getting along like peas and carrots along with the Season 10 premiere date. In a related story, Uber-christan Lydia McLaughlin seems to have no problem judging the rest of the Bravo housewives. Although she left the Orange County TV show years ago, the upstart author happily weighed in on Kim Richards' current Beverly Hills difficulties -- insisting that the struggling actress needs to find both Jesus in addtion to a copy of her new book to get her life back on track.
While the tabloids are still speculating about who will and won't be on the show, Lizzie Rovsek recently announced that the cast of Real Housewives of Orange County are just about done shooting the 2015 season.
The former Miss America winner told Perez Hilton that although the show's been on the air for 10-years, she's pretty sure it won't have any trouble competing with its newer Bravo peers (via Inquisitr):
"We have probably a few more weeks of filming, and that's it. The air date is June 1.
"So, I think it should be a pretty interesting season. It's season 10, so it's really big."
As big as Season 10 may be, it's hard to believe that it's going to hold a candle to the near-daily assaults featured in some of the other series -- especially with Lizzie and Tamra Barney supposedly having made up:
"Tamra and I are great. We are in a really good place, we have been getting along and having a lot of fun. We had a great time on the trip together.
"Last year was pretty brutal, and we went through a really hard time even after we stopped filming, and, you know, today, I'm happy to say that we are getting along, and things are really good."
Interestingly enough, Lydia McLaughlin made a point of leaving the Orange Country show a couple years ago -- citing the ugly way the cast mates treated each other as impetus for her departure -- but has no problem being associated with the series now that's she's trying to sell her new book about righteous living.
During a recent interview with Fox News, Lydia seemed to once again forget the golden rule as she gossiped about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards' recent run in with the law (via Inquisitr):
"May be she needs to take a step away from the cameras because I think that would be good for her because honestly it's so much pressure, and I can't imagine if you're dealing with an addiction or anything like that she needs to take care of herself.
"I wish Kim the best and hope that she can read my book, and maybe find the Lord."
To hear Lydia tell it you might think that to good lord wrote both the prologue and the standard introduction.
